Наиболее информативным оказался мазок-отпечаток полученный цитощёкой «Юнона» и предметным стеклом с адгезивным покрытием (Polysine) (Menzel (Thermo Scientific), что позволяет рекомендовать его как инструмент диспансерного наблюдения пациентов с ЛСОР по цитологическому принципу.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnostic informativeness of the methods of taking material from the SOR for cytological examination in the assessment of epithelial changes.Cytological material sampling was carried out in six ways (20 smears each) using: a dental spatula and a conventional slide glass, a "Juno" cytoskeleton and a conventional slide glass, a dental spatula and a slide stack with an adhesive coating (Polysine) (Menzel (Thermo Scientific), a "Juno" cytoskeleton and a slide with an adhesive coating (Polysine) (Menzel (Thermo Scientific), a conventional slide glass, a slide glass with adhesive coating (Polysine) (Menzel (Thermo Scientific).
