Актуальность

Актуальность. Рост массового и профессионального спорта повышает нагрузку на участников и увеличивает риск травматизма, что создаёт необходимость в эффективных системах медицинской поддержки. Современная спортивная медицина развивается как междисциплинарная область, объединяющая профилактику, диагностику, лечение и реабилитацию спортсменов всех уровней.

Цель

Цель: анализ современных подходов к организации службы спортивной медицины и медицинской поддержки спортсменов.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Литературный обзор охватывал публикации за 2006-2026 годы из PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science и профессиональных отчетов, посвященные организации службы спортивной медицины, медицинской поддержке спортсменов и профилактике травм. Включались статьи на русском и английском языках с полным текстом, посвящённые медицинской поддержке массового и профессионального спорта; исключались работы без текста и исследования, ограниченные только физиологией или тренировочным процессом.

Результаты

Результаты. Обзор показал, что медицинская поддержка в массовом спорте ориентирована на профилактику травм, организацию первой помощи и безопасное проведение мероприятий, в то время как спорт высших достижений требует индивидуализированного, комплексного и междисциплинарного сопровождения спортсменов. Современные системы включают централизованное управление, цифровые технологии и интеграцию различных специалистов, что повышает эффективность профилактики травм, реабилитации и подготовки спортсменов.

Выводы

Выводы. Развитие службы спортивной медицины требует междисциплинарного подхода, стандартизации подготовки специалистов и внедрения цифровых технологий. Такие меры обеспечивают безопасное участие спортсменов всех уровней, сокращают сроки восстановления и повышают результативность тренировочного и соревновательного процесса.

Relevance

Relevance. The growth of mass and professional sports increases the participants’ workloads and the risk of injury, underscoring the need for effective medical support systems. Modern sports medicine has developed as an interdisciplinary field, combining prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletes of all levels.

Objective

Objective. To analyze modern approaches to organizing sports medicine services and medical support for athletes.

Materials and Methods

Materials and Methods. The literature review covered publications from 2006 to 2026 in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and professional reports, focusing on the organization of sports medicine services, medical support for athletes, and injury prevention. Articles in Russian and English with full text, dedicated to medical support in mass and professional sports, were included; studies without full text and research limited only to physiology or the training process were excluded.

Results

Results. The review showed that medical support in mass sports is focused on injury prevention, the organization first aid, and safe conduct of events, while high-performance sports require individualized, comprehensive and interdisciplinary support for athletes. Modern systems include centralized management, digital technologies, and integration of various specialists, improving the effectiveness of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athlete preparation.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The development of sports medicine services requires an interdisciplinary approach, standardization of specialist training, and the introduction of digital technologies. These measures ensure the safe participation of athletes at all levels, reduce recovery time, and enhance the effectiveness of training and competition.
