Ювенильный идиопатический артрит – распространённое хроническое ревматическое заболевание у детей. Болезнь характеризуется функциональными ограничениями, снижением качества жизни и психоэмоциональными нарушениями. При оценке состояния ребёнка важно учитывать не только активность ювенильного идиопатического артрита, но и влияние заболевания на повседневную жизнь и эмоциональное состояние.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить качество жизни и психоэмоциональное состояние детей с ювенильным идиопатическим артритом, а также оценить приверженность к терапии и информированность семьи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено поперечное исследование на базе двух ревматологических центров г. Алматы. В исследование включены 37 детей с ювенильным идиопатическим артритом в возрасте 7–18 лет и их родители, контрольную группу составили 20 условно здоровых детей. Активность заболевания оценивали по JADAS-27, качество жизни – по PedsQL, тревожность – по SCARED, депрессивные проявления – по CDI и BDI. Информированность о заболевании и лечении оценивали с помощью анкетирования детей и родителей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди клинических вариантов ювенильного идиопатического артрита преобладал олигоартритический вариант – 18 (48,6 %) пациентов. Умеренная активность по JADAS-27 выявлена у 20 (54,1 %) детей, высокая – у 14 (37,8 %). Снижение качества жизни по PedsQL отмечалось у 22 (59,5 %) пациентов, при этом наиболее низкие показатели получены по эмоциональному домену. По CDI у 57 % детей выявлены лёгкие и умеренные психоэмоциональные изменения. Перерывы в терапии отмечались у 17 (45,9 %) пациентов. Трудности в понимании принципов лечения испытывали 45 % родителей, а 58 % нуждались в дополнительных обучающих материалах.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Ювенильный идиопатический артрит оказывает влияние не только на физическое состояние, но и на качество жизни и эмоциональное благополучие ребёнка.
