<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Many researchers point to a significant reduction in the risk of oncological pathology in people suffering from allergic diseases. There is now an increased understanding of the key role of the microenvironment in tumor development. These include tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), regulatory T-lymphocytes (Treg cells), and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MCs). It is known that IgE appears in allergy and these antibodies are able to reformat protumor macrophages and Treg cells towards a proinflammatory state and tune them to an antitumor function.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак</kwd><kwd>аллергия</kwd><kwd>микроокружение</kwd><kwd>антитела IgE</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>allergy</kwd><kwd>microenvironment</kwd><kwd>IgE antibodies</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Флеминг М. В.
