В работе представлены примеры дестигматизации в разных странах. В анализе описан международный опыт борьбы со стигмами дискриминации в разных странах, с различными социально-экономическими условиями жизни. Психоневрологические расстройства являются второй по значимости причиной бремени болезней в Регионе после сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. На их долю приходится 19,5% всех лет жизни, утраченных в результате инвалидности (DALYs – годы жизни, утраченные в связи с болезнью и преж девременной смертью).Цель исследования - изучить опыт интеграции программ дестигматизации психически больных в разных странах.

This paper presents examples of destigmatization in different countries. The analysis describes the international experience of combating discrimination stigmas in different countries with different socio-economic conditions. Neuropsychiatric disorders are the second leading cause of disease burden in the Region after cardiovascular diseases. They account for 19.5% of all years of life lost as a result of disability (DALYs – ye ars of life lost due to illness and premature death).The purpose of the study: to study the experience of integrating programs for the destigmatization of mentally ill people in different countries.
