В последние годы лапароскопическая хирургия занимает основное место среди всех хирургических вмешательств, при этом также увеличилось число осложнений, в частности, специфических для эндохирургии. Открытое оперативное вмешательство, лапароскопия, при всей своей научно доказанной эффективности, имеет множество недостатков в виде послеоперационных осложнений, включая риски во время операции. Осложнения включают в себя,связанные с выбором пациента и анестезии, введением троакара, пневмоперитонеум, хирургическим инструментарием и специфическими оперативными процедурами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the problem of complications arising during laparoscopic surgery. In recent years, laparoscopic surgery has occupied the main place among all surgical interventions, while the number of complications, in particular those specific to endosurgery, has also increased. Open surgery, laparoscopy, for all its scientifically proven effectiveness, has many disadvantages in the form of postoperative complications, including risks during surgery.
