Анализ различий между традиционными и облачными системами видеоконференцсвязи, а также анализ методов идентификации и тестирования систем.Результаты. Представленные результаты, позволяют понять различия между облачными решениями и традиционным программным обеспечением.Выводы. В этом обзоре определяются ключевые атрибуты программных решений, которые можно использовать для оценки актуальности технологий облачных конференций и определенияоправданности перехода от традиционной технологии к облачной среде. Для оценки соответствия систем предоставляется шаблон оценки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this review is to explore software solutions employed internationally for telemedical patient consultations and the training of medical professionals, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency of consultations and education.Materials and Methods. We conducted an analysis of the disparities between conventional and cloud-based video conferencing systems, along with an examination of system identification and testingmethodologies.Results. The findings presented herein facilitate a deeper comprehension of the distinctions between cloud-based solutions and conventional software.Conclusions. This review identifies the essential characteristics of software solutions that can be utilized to evaluate the suitability of cloud conferencing technologies and justify the transition fromtraditional technology to a cloud-based environment.
