В настоящее время в мире ежегодно регистрируется около миллиона новых случаев рака толстого кишечника, являющихся причиной смерти у половины пациентов.Цель исследования – определить изменения биохимических показателей крови при раке толстой кишки у пациентов с персистированием ДНК / РНК вирусов.Материалы и методы. Материалом для исследования являлись образцы сыворотки крови пациентов с установленным диагнозом рака. В исследовании показано, что при длительном контакте с вирусной ДНК / РНК формируются стойкие биохимические изменения в толстом кишечнике, преимущественно при длительном персистировании ДНК вируса Эпштейна-Барра и цитомегаловируса. Наиболее динамичны в сыворотке обследуемых лиц были показатели ферментов, креатинина, билирубина, альбумина, триглицеридов, гамма-глутамилтрансфераза, микроэлементов и иммуноглобулинов.Результаты. В целом относительно стабильными оказались показатели общего белка, мочевины, холестерола, липопротеины высокой плотности и липопротеины низкой плотности. Установленыдостоверные зависимости биохимических параметров с присутствующей вирусной ДНК: наибольшее значение для рака толстой кишки имела ДНК вируса Эпштейна-Барра и цитомегаловируса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Currently, about one million new cases of colon cancer are registered annually in the world, which are the cause of death in half of patients.The aim of the study was to determine changes in blood biochemical parameters in colon cancer in patients with persistent DNA / RNA viruses.Materials and methods. The material for the study was blood serum samples from patients with an established diagnosis of cancer. The study shows that prolonged contact with viral DNA / RNA results in persistent biochemical changes in the large intestine, mainly with prolonged persistence of Epstein-Barr virus and cytomegalovirus DNA. The most dynamic indicators in the serum of the subjects were enzymes, creatinine, bilirubin, albumin, triglycerides, gamma-glutamyltransferase, trace elements and immunoglobulins.Results. Overall, the indicators of total protein, urea, cholesterol, high-density lipoproteins and lowdensity lipoproteins were relatively stable.
