Среди нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов мелоксикам считается одним из наиболее часто используемых в клинической практике веществ.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: изучить доклиническую токсичность и противовоспалительную активность таблеток мелоксикам для детей (покрытые оболочкой, пролонгированные эффекты, специальная доза).</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы: Было проведено определение острой токсичности у животных, а также оценка специфической фармакологической активности на моделях гистамино-индуцированного и каррагенинового асептического воспаления.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования: Результаты исследования показали, что таблетки мелоксикам для детей нетоксичны и обладают более высокой противовоспалительной активностью, чем препарат сравнения.</p><p>Результаты исследования специфической активности детских таблеток Мелоксикам 3,75 мг + цианокобаламин 0,002 мг показали, что препарат обладает высокой противовоспалительной активностью в экспериментальных моделях асептического воспаления. Это указывает на усиление противовоспалительного действия препарата мелоксикам в результате его комбинации с цианокобаламином.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод: Полученные результаты показали, что противовоспалительная активность исследуемого препарата – детских таблеток мелоксикам выше, чем у сравнительного препарата мелоксикам.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development of safe and effective anti-inflammatory dosage forms for children is one of the most important areas of modern pharmaceutical science. Among nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, meloxicam is among the most commonly used substances in clinical practice.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the preclinical toxicity and anti-inflammatory activity of meloxicam tablets for children (coated, prolonged effects, special dose).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials: acute toxicity in animals was determined, as well as an assessment of specific pharmacological activity in models of histamine-induced and carrageenan aseptic inflammation.</p></sec><sec><title>Study results</title><p>Study results: The study showed that Meloxicam tablets for children are non-toxic and have greater anti-inflammatory activity than the comparison drug.</p><p>The study on the specific activity of Meloxicam 3.75 mg tablets for children + cyanocobalamin 0.002 mg demonstrated their high anti-inflammatory activity in experimental aseptic inflammation models.
