Статья представляет собой краткий обзор обобщённых научных данных о формировании социально-психологического стресса и напряжения медицинских работников во время пандемии. Пандемия COVID-19 представляет собой серьёзный риск для психологического здоровья медицинских работников. Эти обстоятельства стали причиной усиления стрессовых реакций, повышения тревожности, которые негативно повлияли на здоровье медицинских сотрудников, что, в свою очередь, потребовало принятия решительных мер вмешательств для купирования стрессовых состояний.

The article is an overview of the summary data on the formation and impact of social and psychological stress on healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic represent a high risk to the psychological health of healthcare workers. These conditions include heightened responses to stress, anxiety, which are negatively influenced by healthcare staff, and the need to make decisions about interventions to relieve stressful situations
