Несвоевременная остановка кровотечения приводит к высокой смертности. В терапии активно применяются неселективные β-блокаторы и соматостатин.</p><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен литературный обзор за последние 25 лет с использованием баз данных Google Scholar, PubMed и др. Отобрано 20 релевантных источников, соответствующих критериям включения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Проанализировать комбинированное лечение в виде неселективных блокаторов β-рецепторов и соматостатина в лечении кровотечений из варикозно-расширенных вен пищевода и желудка при циррозе печени.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Неселективные β-блокаторы, такие как пропранолол, снижают портальное давление, частоту сердечных сокращений и сердечный выброс. Соматостатин уменьшает висцеральный кровоток и ингибирует вазодилатацию, способствуя остановке кровотечения. Совместное применение данных препаратов снижает риск повторных кровотечений и развития гепаторенального синдрома эффективнее, чем монотерапия.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Совместное использование неселективных β-блокаторов и соматостатина повышает эффективность лечения варикозных кровотечений при циррозе печени и снижает риск осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cirrhosis of the liver is often accompanied by portal hypertension, which causes dangerous varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach. Untimely stop of bleeding leads to high mortality. Nonselective betablockers and somatostatin are actively used in therapy.</p><sec><title>The purpose of the study</title><p>The purpose of the study. Тo analyze the combined treatment of nonselective beta-receptor blockers and somatostatin in the treatment of bleeding from varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach in cirrhosis of the liver.</p></sec><sec><title>Мaterials and Methods</title><p>Мaterials and Methods: A literature review conducted over the past 25 years in Google Scholar, PubMed, and other databases revealed 20 relevant sources. The selected sources meet the inclusion criteria.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: NSB, like propranolol, reduces portal pressure, heart rate, and cardiac output. Somatostatin reduces visceral blood flow and inhibits vasodilation, helping to stop bleeding.
