В настоящее время в мире существует множество инструментов для оценки тревожности. Одним из таких инструментов является опросник Спилбергера, предназначенный для оценки тревожности и расстройств личности. Данный опросник является одним из самых широко используемых в мире, однако валидированной казахской версии, адаптированной для медицинских работников, на сегодня не существует.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: культурно-лингвистическая адаптация и валидация опросника Спилбергера для оценки тревожности работников здравоохранения после перевода на казахский язык.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы: В данном поперечном исследовании принял участие 51 респондента в возрасте от 25 до 45 лет. Опросник был переведен на казахский язык опытным билингвальным специалистом, и после адаптации оценивались внутренняя согласованность, сходство с оригиналом и надежность казахской версии. Конструктная валидность проверялась с помощью факторного анализа.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Альфа Кронбаха для ситуативной и личностной тревожности составила 0,946 и 0,892 соответственно, что свидетельствует об очень хорошем уровне внутренней согласованности метода. Факторный анализ выявил двухфакторную структуру, соответствующую исходной модели, и подтвердил её адекватность.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Казахская версия методики оценки тревожности Спилбергера продемонстрировала высокую надежность и валидность. Валидированная версия опросника показала свою пригодность в качестве инструмента самооценки тревожности среди медицинских работников.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Identifying and assessing the level of anxiety in medical workers is one of the important goals, since the psycho-emotional state of a person affects their productivity and accuracy at work. There are currently many tools in the world that assess anxiety. One of such tools is the Spielberger Anxiety and Personality Disorders Questionnaire. This questionnaire is among the most widely used tools worldwide, but there is no validated Kazakh version adapted for medical workers.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To culturally and linguistically adapt and validate the translated version of the Spielberger Anxiety Inventory for the Kazakh-speaking medical staff.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials: 51 respondents aged 25-45 participated in this cross-sectional study. The questionnaire was translated into Kazakh by an experienced bilingual specialist, and after adaptation, its internal consistency, similarity to the original, and reliability in the Kazakh version were assessed. Construct validity was checked using factor analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Cronbach’s alphas for the situational and personality anxiety sections were 0.946 and 0.892, respectively, indicating very good internal consistency for the method. Factor analysis revealed a two-factor structure that corresponds to the original model, confirming its adequacy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: The Kazakh version of the Spielberger Anxiety Assessment Method demonstrated high reliability and validity.
