Статья посвящена анализу современных инновационных подходов к сохранению и улучшению репродуктивного здоровья женщин в Республике Казахстан и мировой практике. Цель исследования заключается в научном обосновании роли медицинских, цифровых и организационно-социальных инноваций в повышении эффективности системы охраны репродуктивного здоровья, а также выявлении приоритетных направлений их дальнейшего развития с учетом демографических и медико-социальных вызовов.</p><p>Цель исследования – проанализировать современные инновационные подходы к охране и улучшению репродуктивного здоровья женщин в Республике Казахстан и мировой практике и определить приоритетные направления их развития.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Материалами исследования послужили официальные статистические данные и аналитические отчеты Всемирной организации здравоохранения и Фонда ООН в области народонаселения, нормативно-правовые документы и государственные программы Республики Казахстан, а также результаты отечественных и зарубежных научных исследований в области репродуктивной медицины. В работе использованы методы системного и сравнительного анализа, обобщения научных данных и контент-анализа национальных и международных стратегий в сфере охраны репродуктивного здоровья.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследования показывают, что внедрение интегрированных моделей первичной медико-санитарной помощи, скрининговых и профилактических программ, телемедицины, вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий и цифровых образовательных платформ способствует повышению доступности и качества медицинской помощи, раннему выявлению факторов риска, снижению материнской и перинатальной смертности и формированию ответственного репродуктивного поведения у женщин и молодежи.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Дальнейшее развитие системы охраны репродуктивного здоровья женщин требует расширения научно-обоснованных и персонализированных подходов, совершенствования прогностических и скрининговых программ, междисциплинарного взаимодействия и устойчивой государственной поддержки инновационных решений, направленных на сохранение репродуктивного потенциала и обеспечение демографической устойчивости Республики Казахстан.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article analyzes modern innovative approaches to the preservation and improvement of women’s reproductive health in the Republic of Kazakhstan and worldwide. The authors aimed to provide a scientific justification for the role of medical, digital, and organizational-social innovations in increasing the effectiveness of the reproductive health care system, and to identify priority directions for their further development in the context of demographic and medico-social challenges.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze modern innovative approaches to protecting and improving women’s reproductive health in the Republic of Kazakhstan and global practice, and to identify priority areas for their development.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The research materials include official statistical data and analytical reports from the World Health Organization and UNFPA, regulatory and legal documents, state programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the results of domestic and international scientific studies in reproductive medicine. The study employs methods of systemic and comparative analysis, the generalization of scientific data, and content analysis of national and international reproductive health protection strategies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study demonstrated that the implementation of integrated primary health care models, screening and preventive programs, telemedicine, assisted reproductive technologies, and digital educational platforms contributes to improved accessibility and quality of medical care, early identification of risk factors, reduction of maternal and perinatal mortality, and the formation of responsible reproductive behavior among women and young people.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
