ORGANIZATION OF A TELEMEDICAL ADVISORY CENTER FOR COMMON DISEASES IN THE COVID - 19 PANDEMIC

A telemedicine center was organized to improve public health against the COVID–19 pandemic. In the conditions of a tense epidemic situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in Almaty, the Kazakh-Russian Medical University urgently organizes and creates a call center for telemedicine consultations for patients with chronic diseases and COVID - 19 patients. The purpose of which is to provide online medical care to the population for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of common diseases in pandemic conditions, training in biosafety and biosecurity of the population. KRMU is profiled to provide online medical care for common diseases of therapeutic, infectious, gynecological, neurological, cardiovascular, endocrine, pulmonological nature, assisting in the organization of biosafety of enterprises, volunteer and socio-medical assistance to socially unprotected groups of the population.E.video monitoring of asymptomatic and mild forms of COVID-19 patients, video monitoring of family members of the above-mentioned patients who have a negative PCR test for COVID-19., especially the elderly and those with chronic diseases regardless of age, video monitoring of patients who have had COVID-19 pneumonia and discharged to the outpatient stage, as well as medical examination in video surveillance of patients with chronic diseases (diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, COPD, kidney disease, etc.) and a high risk of developing pneumonia identifying the first symptoms of pneumonia and referring them to hospitalization.
