Мақсаты. Созылмалы жүрек жеткіліксіздігі – жүректің қызметі мен анатомиясына əсер ететін жүрек-қантамыр жүйесінің жиі кездесетін синдромдарының бірі. Бүгінгі күні денсаулық сақтау жүйесінде созылмалы жүрек жеткіліксіздігінің көп таралуы пациенттердің өлімінде маңызды рөл атқарады. Асқынулардың қаупінің жоғары болуы жəне ағзаның өмірлік маңызды функцияларының бұзылуы пациенттердің өмір сүру сапасын сөзсіз төмендетеді. Созылмалы жүрек жеткіліксіздігінің жоғары таралу проблемасына байланысты біз осы тақырып бойынша əдеби дереккөздерді талдадық.
Əдістері. Әдебиеттерді шолуға негізделген мақалада HFpEF патогенездік аспектілері туралы деректер берілген.
Нəтижелер. Келесі факторлардың рөлі дәлелденді: диастолалық дисфункция, миокард фиброзы, тотығу стрессі және қабыну, эндотелий дисфункциясы және т.б.
Қорытындылар. Осылайша, ШФсСЖЖ патогенезі көп қырлы және көптеген компоненттерді қамтиды. ШФсСЖЖ бар науқастардың жүректері қайта құрылымдаудың гипертрофиялық түріне ұшырайды және ШФсСЖЖ бар науқастардың көпшілігінде диастолалық дисфункция белгілері бар. ШФсСЖЖ дамуының патогенездік механизмдерін зерттеу жаңа терапиялық стратегияларды одан әрі іздеуге көмектесуі мүмкін.
