Роль медицинской сестры в реабилитационной помощи

В данной статье основное внимание уделяется изучению роли медсестры в процессе медицинской реабилитации, с акцентом на мультидисциплинарный подход и разнообразные задачи, которые медсестра выполняет на различных этапах реабилитации. Рассматриваются ключевые моменты, касающиеся ухода за пациентами на всех трех этапах реабилитационного процесса, начиная от первоначальной оценки состояния пациента, планирования ухода и заканчивая оценкой результатов реабилитации. Особое внимание уделено функциям медсестры в профилактике и уменьшении проблем, возникающих у пациентов во время реабилитации, включая управление личным уходом, предупреждение травм и предоставление эмоциональной поддержки.
