Abstract

In the developed countries of the world, there are various models of organizing an emergency medical service. Ambulance abroad
consists of two models:
1. The Anglo-American model (including Japan).
2. The European model (including Israel).
The Anglo-American model (including Japan) is represented by teams of paramedics whose duties include providing emergency care and transporting patients to the emergency department of the hospital [1].
The European model (including Israel) includes both paramedics and medical teams [2, 3].
The conceptual basis of the Franco-German system is the principle of «stop and treat», aimed at ensuring that the patient is provided with the maximum possible list of services at the place of call [4,5]. The implementation of such a complex complex of diagnostic and therapeutic services at the pre-hospital stage requires the work of an experienced doctor as part of the SMP team, including for land, air and water transportation. This model works in such European countries as Germany, France, Greece, Malta and Austria [6,7].
The organization of emergency care in emergency situations in some countries has its own specifics. Let's focus on the most significant ones for large countries
