Taking into account the situation in the world and in Kazakhstan, the alertness of doctors in relation to HIV infection should remain at the same level. When making not only the diagnosis of COVID-19, but also other diseases, it is necessary to rely on the worked-out criteria, since the examination and treatment tactics are based on the clinical diagnosis
