A Journal ad!

Dear Authors,

We inform you that by May 1, 2026, an update of the journal’s regulations and editorial policy is planned. The journal has successfully passed evaluation and is currently at the stage of further advancement for inclusion in the Scopus database.

 

At present, the editorial board is taking measures to improve the quality of publications. The peer-review process will be strengthened, the pool of reviewers will be expanded, and the selection of manuscripts will become more rigorous.

 

Changes are also being introduced to manuscript formatting requirements, in particular:

  • literature review and references list;
  • formatting of sources in all types of articles;
  • structure and content of scientific publications.

 

Additionally, checklists for authors are being developed, formatting guidelines and other regulatory documents are being updated.

 

Please note that changes are being introduced to the publication conditions:

  • publication will be fee-based;
  • for foreign authors, publication will be free of charge;
  • for reviewers, every second publication will be provided free of charge.

 

Furthermore, the scientific scope of the journal will be revised in order to enhance its specialization and narrow its thematic focus.

 

We kindly ask you to take these changes into account when preparing and submitting manuscripts.

Important announcement

Dear Authors,

We would like to inform you that planned changes are being implemented in the journal in accordance with the Journal Development Roadmap for 2026. These changes aim to align the journal’s activities with modern international standards of scholarly publishing and publication ethics.

From January 30 to February 2, 2026, a comprehensive analysis of the journal’s current status was conducted to identify further development directions and strategic prospects.

Based on the results of this analysis, the following changes are planned as part of the upcoming transformations:

  • revision of the journal’s scientific scope;
  • updating of the editorial and publication policies;
  • introduction of publication fees;
  • revision of article formatting requirements, starting from the first issue;
  • as well as other changes.

To ensure a smooth transition and maximum convenience for authors, all changes will be implemented gradually.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these changes. Additional information and updated requirements will be published as they are approved.
