Қарттарға медициналық-әлеуметтік көмекті ұйымдастырудың халықаралық тәжірибесі

   Демография саласындағы негізгі проблемалардың бірі-халықтың қартаю процесі. Қазақстанда бұл мәселе әзірге жаңа болып табылады және Мемлекеттік құжаттар мен құқықтық актілерде көрсетуді талап етеді. Қартаю процесін табиғи жолмен алдын алуға және баяулатуға болады. Осы мақсатта Қазақстан Республикасында, ТМД елдерінде гериатриялық көмек көрсету технологиясына және егде жастағы адамдар үшін жеке геронтолог - дәрігерді бөлуге ерекше назар аудару қажет. ТМД-ның көптеген елдерінде халықтың қартаюы мәселесі назар аударуды қажет етеді, ал басқа "жас" елдерде уақыт бұл мәселені уақтылы шешуге көмектеседі. Халықтың қартаю мәселесін шешуді БҰҰ және басқа да бірқатар халықаралық ұйымдар ұсынды. Осыған байланысты көптеген елдер ұзақ мерзімді көмек жүйесін енгізуге немесе жақсартуға бағытталған шаралар қабылдауда.
