Abstract

The authors of the article share the experience of teaching students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the KRMU the compression of a scientific text. After a preliminary explanation of the theoretical material on such compression methods as exclusion, generalization and simplification, students read the text “Dentist” and show their ability to reduce, roll up information. In the process of studying at KRMU, knowledge about compression will help students to compile various secondary texts: simple and complex plans, notes, annotations, abstracts, etc.

Abstract

This article presents the experience of studying the morphology of scientific style of speech on the basis of text in the Russian language classes by firstyear students of the Kazakh-Russian Medical University. The following objectives were pursued at the lesson: educational (to deepen knowledge about the scientific style of speech), developing (to develop students’ speech culture, expressiveness of speech), educational (to cultivate speech taste, to awaken interest in the discipline). Used: handouts in the form of the text of the scientific style “Vitamins”, a technical tool of training (projector).

Abstract

It is known that the common age-related diseases associated with impaired antioxidant system in a changing environment. The paper shows the results of studying the antioxidant properties of the composition for the adaptation of the organism in aging processes in areas with a changing environment. In preclinical studies showed that the drug has no toxic effect in a changing environment.

Abstract

To study the peculiarities of the hormonal function of the ovaries in women undergoing surgery for ectopic pregnancy while taking low-dose combined oral contraceptives. Lowgrade - Lindinet-20 due to its good tolerance and low incidence of side effects may be the drug of choice for the rehabilitation of patients undergoing an ectopic pregnancy. The proposed management tactic for a woman after an operation performed on an ectopic pregnancy helps to activate the reproductive prospects that are planning a future pregnancy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the experience of treating hemorrhagic shock in an obstetric hospital and assess its effectiveness. Intensive treatment of hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics should be aimed at eliminating the source of bleeding and replenishing the circulating blood volume, taking into account the stage of the process. Timely assessment of blood loss, severity of shock and the need for adequate intensive care with the inclusion of blood transfusion, transfusion of fresh frozen plasma prevent the development of DIC and hemic hypoxia, which contributes to the reduction of multiorgan disorders, the disability of patients and the prevention of disastrous fatal outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a complex scheme for the correction of the micro biocenosis of the lower section of the genital tract of pregnant women at risk using the Povidone-Iodine antiseptic in combination with eubiotics. Conducting drug treatment with Povidone- Iodine in pregnant women with urogenital infection can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum purulentseptic complications and such gestational complications, such as untimely rupture of the amniotic fluid, chronic placental insufficiency, premature aging of the placenta, and a susceptive process.

Postoperative combined application of TUR method and α1-adrenergic blockers (doxazozin and tamsulozin) in case of BPH allowed to significantly enhance postoperative rehabilitation and clinical efficiency of the treatment.

Abstract

Surgical correction of patients with exostose chondrodysplasia is the only method for treating patients with this pathology. The treatment outcomes of the 17 children who underwent surgery for 2018 were optimal - the volume of the nearby joints was developed to the optimum, the pain syndrome was stopped, a good cosmetic effect was achieved, which significantly improved the quality of life of the patients.
