ANALYSIS OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE INDICATORS FOR ONLINE COUNSELING OF RELATIVES OF DISABLED CHILDREN FOR 2019 IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

In this work the analysis of applications (appeals) received from relatives of disabled children to the сall-center, which operates since 2015 on the basis of the Kazakh-Russian Medical University. This is a unique new method in the work of the doctor-psychiatrist (psychologist): online consultation of relatives of disabled children on a variety of vital issues (clinical, social, medical and psychological, medical and diagnostic, ethical, preventive, tactical, educational). As a result of the research, the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan that most frequently seek online consultation were identified, and the number of those who sought assistance was specified. Analysis was also made from the standpoint of etiopathogenesis and nosology. The results obtained serve to improve the quality of life of children with disabilities, help their relatives and interested persons to successfully implement social rehabilitation and psycho-correction program.
