ASSESSMENT OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITIES OF A PERSON AND THE LEVEL OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MIDDLE-LEVEL MEDICAL WORKERS

Abstract

Currently, in line with the formation of professional competence of a specialist, there is a need for a holistic scientific approach to the development of the content of professional training, including secondary medical personnel. To do this, it is advisable to identify activities that involve a certain level of competence, ensuring the successful implementation of a set of professional tasks. This article presents the results of a survey of middle-level medical workers to assess the level of formation of professional competencies of middle-level medical workers.
