Abstract

Overview and analytical article by Jainakbayev M.N. on the topic “Study of foreign experience in providing paid and free medical services and its using in the health system of Kazakhstan” provides an overview of effective tools and mechanisms for organizing and financing free and paid medical services for patients in foreign practice. The article examines the healthcare systems of Sweden, France and the USA. Each studied health system has a number of advantages: quality registries have been introduced in Sweden that allow the patient to give feedback on cases treated, and the government to collect information for planning the development of the health system; in France, all general practitioners and medical specialists are united into a single national network; information about the nearest specialist and the cost of services can be obtained from a single information system in which all patients are also registered; in the USA - due to the high cost of medical care, tools have been introduced to inform patients about the possibilities of obtaining additional funding for medical care. Studied foreign experience allows us to form a number of recommendations for the further development of the health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

Currently, the problem of the development of anemia and latent iron deficiency in female students is of no small importance. These girls in a few years will begin to implement their reproductive functions. And in the event of pregnancy on the background of anemia, this condition will worsen, a child with an anemic syndrome will give birth. As a result, a vicious circle develops. Anemia in the mother - anemia in the child - anemia in the adolescent - anemia in the female student — anemia in the pregnant woman. The negative impact of anemia on reproductive health is well known, and it is precisely female students who constitute the reproductive potential of our country.

Abstract

Currently, ischemic heart disease, including angina and myocardial infarction, is more common among adults and young people. Using the Health-Express hardware and software complex in the 2018-2019 academic year, more than 200 students of our university were examined and the main risk factors for cardiovascular diseases were identified: hypertension (arterial hypertension), (overweight) and other factors. Epidemiological studies of the Health-Express hardware-software complex were completed by 20% of students by random choice. The survey revealed the main risk factor for ischemic heart disease among students.

Abstract

Kazakhstan is an unfavorable endemic zone on thyroid diseases. Autoimmune thyroiditis is one of threatening diseases for the women reproductive system. It is especially important, that AIT often combines with gynecological and with obstetric pathology. In turn the level of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs in Kazakhstan remains very high.
Later beginning of treatment conduces to the heaviest consequence: sterility. With the help of hormonal contraceptives it becomes possible to affect on sexual hormones that regulate exchange processes and possess an antimicrobial action. A hormonal contraception does not cause negative influence on maintenance of TSH and T4 in the serum of blood, what is more, causes the immunosuppressive influence on the anti-TPO, anti-Tg level of, has a favorable influence on the flow of AIT and equilibrates the state of health. Thus, a hormonal contraception in combination with basic therapy of pelvic inflammatory diseases with autoimmune thyroiditis does not cause adverse influence on thyroid hormones and forms a normal vaginal biotope.

Abstract

Urogenital disorders are the most of common form of pathology of the genital tract and urinary system in menopause. In this regard, a symptomatic complex of secondary complications associated with the development of atrophic and dystrophic processes is detected. In general, urogenital disorders begin 5 or more years after the onset of menopause. In menopause, 50%-70% of patients in the age group of 55-60 years and 75-year-old women often have symptoms of this pathology. The increase in the frequency of this pathology in these age groups has a negative impact on the family, social status and quality of life of patients. In the context of the resulting complications in the menopause, the problem of quality of life is at the forefront.

The leading establishment of the existing developing pregnancy takes up the chromosomal abnormality of the abortions. The frequency of occurrence of this pathology is 60-70%. Particular attention is paid to immunological and hormonal mechanisms of abortion, in particular, the insufficiency of the effects of progesteron-induced blocking factor, which is a powerful local immunosuppressor providing an embryoprotective effect.

Chronical сholecystitis is an inflammatory disease of the gallbladder. It can be both acute and chronic. Pregnancy is one of the risk factors for the development of the disease, because during this period a woman’s hormonal system seriously change, which can be one of the reasons for the formation of cholecystitis. Treatment in pregnant women is difficult, nevertheless with that opinion we know what treatment and what will be do.
Drug therapy should be prescribed by a doctor, because we have a pregnancy. Some of them may have undesirable effects to the fetus.
