This article describes the study of the hemogram of patients with various severity of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, also it shows the changes of the clusters of white and red blood cells at the onset. We analyzed the medical histories of twenty patients, who were treated in the department of LTO-2 of the National scientific center of phthisiopulmonology of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The research shows that regardless of the various severity the difference in the hemogram where insignificant, however, there were changes in the acute-phase proteins.
