Background and Objectives: Of the colorectal malignant tumors, 30 percent will arise in the rectum. The incidence of rectal cancer is increasing with the change of diet habit and genetic factors. The etiology of colon and rectal cancer is a bit different. The risks of distal colon and rectal cancer are more likely to be related to environmental factors, such as polluted surface water sources, alcohol consumption, and habitual smoking. The lack of great change in the incidence of rectal cancer might be due to weaker associations with such lifestyle factors. The study was to analyze the incidence of rectal cancer in the Central Asian republics – Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Methods: Dates of rectal cancer patients during 2000-2010 were collected from population-based cancer registry in Kazakhstan and hospital-based registry in Kyrgyzstan. Incidence and mortality of rectal cancer were calculated and analyzed.
Results: The crude incidence of rectal cancer in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan from 2000 to 2009 were 6.8 per 100 000 (7.4 per 100 000 in males, 6.2 per 100 000 in females) and 3.3 per 100 000 (3.2 per 100 000 in males and 3.4 per 100 000 in females), respectively. The incidence of rectal cancer ranked seventh (Kazakhstan) and eight (Kyrgyzstan) respectively among all cancers. The incidence of rectal cancer was increased with age at the both countries. High incidence rate of rectal cancer was registered at the Russian ethnic group, compare with native Kazakhs and Kyrgyzs.
Conclusions: The incidence of rectal cancer is high in Kazakhstan compared to Kyrgyzstan. There are geographical and ethnic variabilities in rectal cancer incidence. High incidence rate of rectal cancer was registered in the North region of Kazakhstan, where predominance Russian population. Studies on the prevention and treatment of rectal cancer should be enhanced
The role of screening colonoscopy is the diagnosis of malignant colon neoplasms, the evaluation of other positive screening tests, the detection and removal of precancerous lesions.
Materials and methods: endoscopists were questioned, descriptive statistics methods were used.
Results and discussion: Data on the levels of endoscopists competence are presented according to the European guidelines for quality assurance in colorectal cancer screening and diagnosis (Segnan N., Patnick J., von Karsa L.).
Conclusion: Among 68 doctors (63.0 ± 4.65% of respondents) who perform screening colonoscopy, only a third of them (25 doctors) comply with the European standard of a doctor who can participate in CRC screening
This work reflects proton pump inhibitors, which today are among the most commonly prescribed drugs in gastroenterology around the world. Impact of PPIs on the severity of the clinical course of COVID-19 infection in patients.
Objective: To determine the effect of PPIs on the severity of the clinical course of COVID-19 infection in patients.
The effect of PPIs on susceptibility to SARS-COV-2. Proton pump inhibitors double the risk of contracting coronavirus infection and are
a contributor to COVID-19 infection.
Analysis of the data obtained showed that PPIs use is associated with an increased risk of a positive test for coronavirus, as already noted. Compared to respondents who do not use these drugs, those who used PPIs once or twice a day

In the developed countries of the world, there are various models of organizing an emergency medical service. Ambulance abroad
consists of two models:
1. The Anglo-American model (including Japan).
2. The European model (including Israel).
The Anglo-American model (including Japan) is represented by teams of paramedics whose duties include providing emergency care and transporting patients to the emergency department of the hospital [1].
The European model (including Israel) includes both paramedics and medical teams [2, 3].
The conceptual basis of the Franco-German system is the principle of «stop and treat», aimed at ensuring that the patient is provided with the maximum possible list of services at the place of call [4,5]. The implementation of such a complex complex of diagnostic and therapeutic services at the pre-hospital stage requires the work of an experienced doctor as part of the SMP team, including for land, air and water transportation. This model works in such European countries as Germany, France, Greece, Malta and Austria [6,7].
The organization of emergency care in emergency situations in some countries has its own specifics. Let's focus on the most significant ones for large countries

Isoniazid-resistant tuberculosis (HR-TB) is characterized by resistance to isoniazid and sensitivity to rifampicin. This form can be viewed as a potential precursor to multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). According to the WHO, the prevalence of HRTB is 5.0–11.0% on average. Therefore, it is of course important to control the spread of primary isoniazid resistance and prevent the amplification of resistance. WHO currently recommends treatment with rifampicin (R), ethambutol (E), pyrazinamide (Z) and levofloxacin (Lfx) for 6 months for patients with confirmed HR-TB. Since the end of 2020, this regime has begun to be implemented in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In clinical phthisiology in the country, there is not yet sufficient experience in the treatment of HR-TB. We observed the successful treatment of a patient with isoniazid-resistant TB using the 6REZLfx regimen, and the authors felt it necessary to share their experience with a wide range of TB - doctors
