Urolithiasis disease- is a metabolic disease caused by various endogenous and exogenous causes, including hereditary, and characterized by the presence of stones in the kidneys and urinary tract. Nephrolithiasis is a urological disease with a high frequency of occurrence. Urolithiasis is endemic, so the frequency of occurrence in some regions is higher than in others. In the Republic of Kazakhstan today in surgical treatment of urolithiasis, in most cases, endoscopic treatment methods are used. Endoscopic surgical treatment is called- contact- laser ureterolithotripsy. This method of treatment is effective in localizing stones in the ureter. Purpose: To determine the frequency of urolithiasis and the results of treatment in patients admitted to the city clinical hospital №4. Research methods: A comprehensive analysis of patients who were admitted and treated in the city clinical hospital №4. Patients with nephrolithiasis were distributed by age and sex, by location and size of stones. Results: The main complaint of patients who entered the emergency room was paroxysmal pain in the lumbar region. The intensity of the pain was higher on the side of the affected kidney, in which the stone is located. In the treatment of urolithiasis mainly used is a complex treatment: a conservative and surgical method of treatment. 33 (73.3%) patients with nephrolithiasis- contact laser ureterolithotripsy was performed. As a result of laser lithotripsy, the calculus was fragmented and the particles were fragmented. 12 (26.6%) patients received conservative therapy, since the size of the calculus in the calycis-pyelo system, was small in the ureter (<0.5 cm) and tended to self-discharge. Drug treatment of patients with urolithiasis is aimed at activating urodynamics with small stones of the pyelo or ureter in order to achieve their independent discharge, to fight urinary tract infection and attempt to dissolve stones (litholysis).
The results of the sociological research conducted by us in the conditions of health care reform showed insufficient provision of necessary scientific and medical information to doctors-specialists of practical health care.
Scientific literature in the specialty is not available or its availability is limited by 67% for doctors of practical health care in the conditions of health care reform.
In the article, Saumal is characterized as natural, natural functional product which, by chemical composition, physical property, of all kinds of animal milk is the closest to mother’s milk. The physiological functionality of the main components of Mare’s milk, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which are characterized by a higher biological value, is confirmed. The therapeutic property of saumal is also associated with its other bioactive components, the properties of which to date have not been sufficiently studied. Saumal is currently presented as a means of therapeutic and prophylactic purposes as a natural multi-component, multifunctional food product, only it has a unique chemical composition and physical properties.
This article describes the creation of a day care center for the elderly and the provision of medical and social rehabilitation with common therapeutic diseases such as arterial hypertension and cognitive disorders. The paper shows the possibilities of a preventive approach for the elderly through the provision of medical, psychological, social, physical rehabilitation.
This article discusses the selection of suitable enzymes for processing collagen-containing raw materials of animal origin. Comparing the activity of the enzymes trypsin and pepsin, we selected the optimal drug for further research.
Comparison analysis of using three methods for humeral shaft fractureosteosynthesis Introduction. The tactics of surgical treatment of patients with fractures of the humeral diaphysis are actively discussed in the special scientific literature, and the development of new methods of osteosynthesis requires their careful comparative evaluation.
Purpose. To conduct a comparative analysis of the results of treatment of patients with fractures of the humerus diaphysis of the method of blocked intramedullary osteosynthesis (BIOS), KDO of the Ilizarov apparatus and traditional plate osteosynthesis (TNOS). Materials and methods. 92 patients with fractures of the humeral diaphysis were divided into three groups comparable in number, gender, age, injury mechanism, localization and nature of fractures of their dependence on the osteosynthesis performed by him:
Results. The duration of the operation in all three groups had no significant differences. The time of operation of the image intensifier was significantly less (p <0.001) in the BIOS group compared to the KDO of the Ilizarov apparatus.
Conclusion. The proposed method of osteosynthesis (BIOS) is safe and effective, comparable in profile patients with the methods of KDO of the Ilizarov and TPO apparatus in terms of frequency and duration of adhesion, functional results, and also provides a lower incidence of complications
Anomalies in the development of the urethra still attract the attention of pediatric urologists. Although the basic principles for treating this disease are universal throughout the world, some of the treatment tactics are difficult for surgeons. Since Heliodor and Antillus first described this disease between 100 and 200 years of our era, and Galen first used the term hypospadias, important steps have been taken to treat this disease.
